As our new Collaboration Specialist for our Workplace and Collaboration team in Malmö, you will manage, optimize, and support our Microsoft 365 environment to drive efficiency, collaboration, and productivity across the organization.

About the Job

In this role, as a Collaboration Specialist within M365, your work will involve monitoring performance KPIs, deploying both preventive and corrective maintenance as part of the service lifecycle, and introducing new equipment and services/applications through transformation projects. You will play a key role in creating our governance and best practices for tools and services connected and part of the M365 suite.

You will be working with a variety of Microsoft 365 Collaboration Tools, including: 

• SharePoint 
• Teams – including Microsoft Teams Rooms 
• Microsoft 365 Copilot 
• Exchange 
• Entra ID Administration 
• OneDrive, Loop, Forms, etc.

What you’ll be up to: 

• You are part of our third 3rd level support for M365 tools 
• Incident, Service Request, and Problem Management 
• Provide maintenance and support for Entra ID 
• Test and deploy new Microsoft 365 policies, applications, and features to keep our systems up-to-date and secure 
• Manage the equipment in our physical conference rooms, currently Neat 
• Empowering the user in their day-to-day work

Project Participation: 

• Take part in projects related to Collaboration and Conferencing, driving innovation and efficiency within the organization.  
• Work closely with teams in a global context regarding Collaboration and Conferencing groups to enhance and optimize our Collaboration Tools 
• Continuously improve our collaboration environment by refining configurations, processes, and support procedures

About You 

To succeed and have fun in your new role at Verisure, we believe you need to be a curious and analytical problem solver with a strong technical background in administrating and optimizing within the extended Microsoft 365 environment. You have a passion for creating user-friendly IT experiences and are comfortable handling both on-premise and cloud environments. We’re looking for a true team player who enjoys sharing knowledge, inspiring colleagues, and collaborating across departments.

Must Have: 

• Proven experience in administrating Microsoft 365 Collaboration Tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Automate, etc.) 
• Experience with Entra ID (Active Directory) administration and support 
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in incident, service request, and problem management 
• Ability to test and deploy new Microsoft 365 policies, applications, and features 
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams

Good to Have: 

• Experience in security and compliance within M365 environments. 
• Familiarity with workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate. 
• Previous experience in developing and delivering end-user training sessions. 
• Strong documentation skills, including best practices, processes and configurations. 
• Familiar with PowerShell scripts
