We're seeking a Product Quality Engineer to join our innovative Visual Security team, where we develop cutting-edge AI-enabled surveillance cameras for our internationally recognized alarm systems. This role sits at the intersection of hardware, software, and artificial intelligence, making it perfect for someone who loves to learn and solve complex problems.

What You'll Do:

• Drive end-to-end quality verification of our camera systems, including:

+ Radio communication (SubGHz, WiFi)

+ Battery performance optimization

+ AI features (computer vision, time series classification)

+ Video/image streaming quality

+ Detection accuracy

• Data-Driven Quality:

+ Design and execute data collection campaigns

+ Develop Python-based analysis tools and automation

+ Create insightful reports and presentations

+ Drive continuous improvement through data-backed decisions

• Testing & Debugging:

+ Lead exploratory testing to uncover edge cases

+ Design and maintain systematic regression test plans

+ Debug complex issues across hardware, software, and AI domains

+ Validate functionality

+ Perform thorough performance testing under real-world conditions

• Cross-Team Collaboration:

+ Work closely with software, hardware, backend, and AI teams

+ Document and track issues in JIRA

+ Participate in root cause analysis of field issues

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards

What You'll Need

• Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or related field
• 0-3 years of experience in product testing or quality engineering
• Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams
• Natural curiosity and drive to understand complex systems

Ideal Additional Skills

• Experience with embedded systems or IoT devices
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
• Knowledge of radio protocols (WiFi, SubGHz)
• Understanding of battery-powered systems
• Experience with test automation
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards
