Are you ready to take on a central role in driving financial processes, delivering high-quality analyses, and supporting global stakeholders in a growing company?

We are now seeking a proactive and dedicated Business Performance Manager to join our dynamic team at our HQ in Malmö. Keep reading to find out more about this opportunity!

About the Role

As a Business Performance Manager, you will take ownership of financial analyses, forecasting, and performance processes while collaborating with regional teams and senior leadership. You will be instrumental in improving financial workflows, supporting decision-making, and ensuring that key stakeholders receive actionable insights.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing financial analyses, forecasting, and managing performance processes.
• Supporting regional teams and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Leading HQ controlling activities, including forecasts and results for the entire organization.
• Driving financial projects aimed at optimizing internal processes and delivering on the team’s agenda.
• Preparing investment cases and collaborating on annual business plans (ABP) and rolling forecasts.
• Developing and enhancing templates, tools, and processes to ensure structure and efficiency.

About you

You work systematically and deliver high-quality results, ensuring deadlines are met while supporting internal stakeholders who rely on your input. With strong networking skills, you collaborate seamlessly across teams and functions. You embrace change with a positive attitude, adapting your approach when needed, and excel in planning and time management to handle complex tasks and multiple stakeholders effectively.

We believe in hiring for attitude and training for skills, but to thrive in this role, we think you should bring the following:

• 2–5 years of experience in business or group controlling.
• A degree in economics or finance.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, planning, and process management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with Cognos Controller or SAP would be nice-to-have
