We are looking for a new colleague to assist our client with a exciting project. Our client is on a journey to digitalize its business, and is seeking individuals for various positions within the people domain to support this transformation. As part of this journey, the Recruitment & Sourcing team is undergoing a transformation, transitioning from legacy technology to innovative solutions. Simultaneously, they are in the process of implementing a new solution for their co-workers. To support them in this transformation, they are looking for an experienced specialist with the right mindset and skill set.

Location: Helsingborg, Sweden. Remote 2-3 days

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc.
• Strong knowledge of HR solutions.
• Understanding of Recruitment and Onboarding processes
• Knowledge of Avature ATS
• Experience working on transformation projects
• Self-starter with a pro-active attitude
• Have agile mindset
• Fast learner
• Professional level of Swedish & English - both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit to Sweden making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Facilitate and lead workshops with local country teams, guiding discussions on Recruitment & Sourcing topics
• Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements, including both functional and non-functional aspects for technical services
• Play an active role in solution design, conducting local design sessions to walk stakeholders through the proposed solution
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and ensuring a clear understanding of business requirements
