In the beginning of this year, we had an ambition to welcome twenty new high performing Next Generation of Sales representatives to our amazing company. We have successfully onboarded fifteen wonderful colleagues so far, and are now ready to welcome the last five.

Are you ready? We are. Welcome to join J2 Sourcing and our exciting journey ahead. 

We’re looking for the next generation of high-performing, multilingual talents to join our amazing journey and take our company forward. This role will quickly be engaged in Sales and Sourcing, with lots of exposure to senior sales representatives as well as our senior management. It is both fast paced and challenging so you will be offered extensive guidance and mentoring throughout the onboarding period.

To be successful in this role, we believe you are a hardworking, self-motivated professional with a genuine passion for proactive sales. You have a positive service-minded approach, a business growth mindset and a willingness to win. You are the kind of person who likes to push yourself outside of your comfort zone. We believe that you have excellent communication skills in English, as well as one or more of the following languages; Finnish, French, German, Italian, Polish, and Spanish.
