Join our Partner Team in Malmo, where you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with web agencies that create websites for their clients. Your mission is to attract new partners, support their onboarding process, and ensure they maximize the value of our solutions.

one.com is a leading European web hosting and domain provider, offering cutting-edge solutions for websites, online marketing, and business development. As we expand our Partner Team, we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Representative who will focus on acquiring, nurturing, and growing relationships with web agencies.

As a Sales Representative in our Partner Team, you will work independently while being part of a supportive and collaborative sales environment. Your main focus will be to engage with web agencies, guiding them through our partner program and ensuring their long-term success with one.com’s services.

Your Tasks:
  • Partner Acquisition: Identify and attract new web agencies to join our partner program.
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct independent lead generation, including email outreach and cold calling.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Book and conduct meetings with web agencies to present our partnership model and onboard new partners.
  • Onboarding & Engagement: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and provide continuous support to partners.
  • Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to expand partners' use of one.com’s services, including premium hosting, SEO tools, Compliance solutions, and more.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships, ensuring high partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve efficiency.
Your Qualifications:
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, IT, or digital services such as web hosting and online marketing.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to outreach, relationship management, and closing deals.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable conducting meetings and negotiations.
  • Results-Driven: A mindset focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Understanding of digital tools and an interest in web hosting, digital solutions, and innovation.
