The Role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a hunting mentality and who is not afraid of week over week targets to join our sales team. In this role, you will focus on prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through a multi-channel outbound approach.

Your main task is booking qualified meetings to maintain a full sales pipeline and nurturing potential customers through their buyer's journey. you'll ensure our CRM data is accurate and collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns by providing market insights.

Your Mission

  • Focusing on prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through a multi-channel outbound approach.
  • Conduct the initial outreach to prospects through various channels such as email, phone calls, and social media to generate interest and engage potential customers.
  • Booking qualified outbound meetings with potential clients to ensure a consistently filled sales pipeline.
  • Nurturing and educating potential customer, to a buying ready stage. Acting as a tour guide in their buyers journey.
  • Gatekeeper of data, you’re a master in keeping the CRM data clean.
  • Help our marketing team with optimizing our campaigns by gathering market and industry insides.
  • Close collaboration with the Account Executive team, ensuring a better customer journey for our customers.
  • Improving our outbound efforts together with the Teamlead SDR.

About YOU

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably with a focus on outbound prospecting.
  • Passion for Tech/SaaS landscape...and for sales!
  • Fluency in Swedish & English. Additional Nordic languages are a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and efficient
  • Fearless, ready to take on any challenge
  • Experience in CRM or Marketing Automation prospecting is a plus
  • Dedication and a relentless attitude
