ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Work tasks

• Processing kit booking orders, credits, and loan kit queries
• Arranging returns and collections and handling proof of delivery and pricing requests
• Handling incoming emails and calls
• Proactively communicating with internal and external customers
• Investigating and resolving invoice disputes
• Logging and following up on issue resolution and related communication back to the customer
• Demonstrating knowledge in at least one or more complex areas/processes
• Taking ownership of specific areas of responsibility such as key accounts and complex orders (e.g., capital orders, lot consumption)
• Effectively prioritizing tasks within these areas
• Taking ownership of complex queries related to these areas

VI SÖKER DIG SOM

• Can communicate fluently in Finnish and English both verbally and in writing
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Has prior experience in handling complex customer service cases

It is meritorious if you have

• Prior experience from working in a similar role within the MedTech industry

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
