We are now looking for an Customer Service / Supply Chain Coordinator to strengthen our team in Malmö. This is a maternity temporary position that goes on until 31.03.2026. As a B&R Customer Service / Supply Chain Coordinator, the main focus is to manage order handling and customer related administration. You cooperate with colleagues and the sales department to serve and develop our customer relations. The team consist of 4 people with high ceiling, and we hope that you will contribute with a positive atmosphere in the office.

Do you have previous experience of order reception or customer service and like to provide good service? Then the position as Customer Service / Supply Chain Coordinator could be the right position for you!

Your responsibilities

• Handle incoming orders and place them into SAP
• Customer support, and support the internal sales team
• Issue Invoicing
• Manage contracts and call-off orders
• Administration of service and quality errands
• Respond to delivery related questions

Qualifications for the role

• Experience in a similar role including customer support
• SAP experience or similar business tools, and extensive knowledge in MS Excel
• Experience and an interest in digitalization and process automation are considered a plus
• Positive and service minded attitude with customer focus, and a team player
• Seeking continuous improvements in processes and working methods, LEAN concept
• Great communication skills, fluency in Swedish and English are mandatory
