Job description

Are you an enthusiastic quality assurance specialist eager to join a fast paced growing pharmaceutical company in Malmö / Lund area?

Our customer company is a dynamic and rapidly growing Pharma company committed to developing innovative pharmaceutical products that improve patient health. As they continue to scale, they are looking for a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge products while ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards.

As a QA Specialist, you will play a key role in overseeing quality assurance processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and product management, to support the successful commercialization of products and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance. Your expertise will contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of quality systems and regulatory strategies within the company.

Responsibilities

The role mostly has an administrative nature where you mainly work with validation and qualification of processes and equipment, as well as development and streamlining of the company's quality management system. Other responsibilities are:

• Product inspection and testing,
• Overall responsible for QMS in line with GMP standards.
• Follow-up, revision of SOP 80-84.
• Validation of a new dishwasher.
• Validation TRY primary page.
• IQ/OQ/PQ/CV/PV for a Pam 2 encapsulation line.
• Scientific risk analysis of a wooden pallet handling.
• Validation of Jeeves business system.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant higher education in fields such as pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology or similar.
• Has 2+ years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Possesses deep knowledge of GMP, and other relevant standards and regulations.
• Has experience in audits and regulatory inspections is highly advantageous.
• Is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent collaboration skills.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
