Junior Paid Media Specialist at group.one

You will support our senior paid media specialists and work mainly with Meta, Google, and YouTube ads, gaining valuable experience in creating and coordinating ad creatives and setting up campaigns.

About the role

• Creative coordination: Coordinating the creative team with the creation of ad creative templates (stills and videos) for Meta, Google, and YouTube platforms.
• Content coordination: Coordinating the content production and localization of ad copy in multiple languages with the content team.
• Creative production: Producing ad creatives (stills and videos) in multiple languages based on templates.
• Campaign setup: Setting up and managing paid media campaigns on Meta, Google and YouTube.
• Performance analysis: Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, generating reports to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Keeping yourself up to date with online marketing, performance marketing, PPC and SEM best practices as well as industry and competitor research.

Profile needed to succeed

• You have at least 1 year of experience related to online marketing or social media advertising, including tasks such as:
• Coordinating the creation of ad creative templates and ad copies with the creative and content team
• Producing ad creatives (stills/videos) in multiple languages based on templates
• Setting up campaigns on multiple platforms
• You have a degree in Digital marketing, Business administration, Communication, E-commerce or other relevant fields.
• You are fluent in English, Swedish or Danish and proficient in at least one additional language: English/Swedish/Danish, German, French or Portuguese.
• You have basic experience with Meta and YouTube ads.
• You like numbers/Excel and have a strong analytical mindset.
• You have strong written, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• You are persistent and a positive attitude with entrepreneurial hands-on drive and spirit as well as eagerness to learn and staying updated on industry trends.
• You have experience with Figma, Canva or Adobe Premiere.
• You are a true team player and are willing to collaborate and contribute to the success of our marketing team and company in general.

Nice to have

• You have experience from the SaaS, gaming or any other subscription service industry.
• You have experience with Google ads, Google Analytics, Looker Data Studio, DV360, TikTok, Snapchat, podcasts.
• You have experience with Figma, Canva and/or Adobe Premiere.
• You have relevant online marketing certifications such as Google ads, Google Analytics or Meta Blueprint.

Practical details

• Start date: As soon as possible
• Working hours: Full time
• The position is based at the HQ in Malmö, located only 30 meters away from Malmö C train station in a modern and nice office.
