About the role

You will be responsible for boosting sales, traffic, and conversion by building a strong digital presence, implementing innovative strategies, ensure analysis to making data-driven decisions. The role centers on customer acquisition and engagement through Kjell Group’s digital channels, ensuring a smooth and integrated omnichannel experience.

This role plays a key part in growing Kjell & Company (omnichannel) and AV-Cables (pure e-commerce), with a strong focus on improving conversion rates, boosting average order value, and driving profitability. To succeed, the position requires deep knowledge of SEM, SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing, ensuring customers are attracted to, engaged with, and loyal to the company’s brands online. You will be responsible for a team in e-commerce and digital marketing, and report to the CCO. Additionally, you will be responsible for and work with;

  • Develop and implement a powerful digital strategy and roadmap to drive growth
  • Set and manage revenue and cost budgets, ensuring commercial KPIs are achieved
  • Enhance the website with strong product presentation and a seamless user experience
  • Align strategy and execution across Marketing, Assortment and Digital Development for maximum impact
  • Work closely with the digital team to create and optimize content that boosts engagement, traffic, and conversion
  • Lead and expand traffic efforts across owned, earned, and paid channels, collaborating with both in-house and external experts
  • Analyze customer interactions, traffic flows, and purchasing behavior to refine strategies and improve performance
  • Establish a digital content hub that ensures relevance for customers and strengthens search engine rankings
  • Together with the team, drive ownership of key digital tools, including PIM, relevance engines, and review services
  • Strengthen customer loyalty and engagement initiatives to increase emotional connection, retention, and sales
Your experience and skills

Success in this role requires a data-driven and analytical approach, combined with a strong commercial mindset focused on sales and profitability. You navigate seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring that initiatives translate into measurable business impact.

With deep expertise in SEM, SEO, and conversion optimization, you leverage digital channels effectively to maximize results. Your entrepreneurial mindset pushes you to constantly seek improvements, while your problem-solving skills and proactive attitude ensure that challenges are tackled head-on. A true team player, you prioritize company-wide success over individual achievements and cultivate a collaborative culture that drives performance. You have excellent communication skills which enables you to engage effectively across markets and teams.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital customer acquisition and e-commerce leadership roles
  • Commercial experience in mid-to-large-scale businesses with a strong digital presence
  • Experience and knowledge of working with omnichannel strategies in a digital e-commerce business is highly valued
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset, ensuring informed decision-making
  • Proven leadership experience, with expertise in team development
  • Excellent ability to collaborate across functions and drive alignment
  • Skilled at balancing long-term strategic vision with hands-on execution
  • Ability to turn strategy into measurable business impact
  • Fluent in English and Swedish/Norwegian/Danish, with strong communication skills
Placement & Start

The position is located at the modern and newly built headquarters in Malmö on Lokgatan, in close proximity to Malmö Central Station. Start will take place as soon as possible and by agreement.
