Data Consultant

We’re looking for a Data Consultant with deep experience in the U.S. market, native English-speaking capabilities, and strong technical skills across modern data stacks. You’ve built complex data solutions for American companies, understand how to navigate compliance and operational challenges, and know how to design systems that scale. You’ve worked closely with analysts, data scientists, and executives to solve real-world problems. You’ve modernized legacy systems, cleaned up messy pipelines, and built platforms that last. You’ve led projects, mentored engineers, and shared your expertise with global peers. You’re a lifelong learner who stays ahead in the fast-moving world of data.

What We’re Looking For

A candidate with:

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, platform architecture, and software development
• A track record of delivering for U.S.-based companies across industries like finance, education, SaaS, and digital marketing
• Demonstrated project leadership, including driving strategy, delivery, and stakeholder alignment
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and influence technical direction across teams
• Experience presenting at international conferences, sharing insights and best practices with a global audience
• Native-level English fluency

We’re looking for strong, hands-on expertise in:

• Cloud platforms: extensive knowledge of Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Databricks, Spark/Scala, and Delta Lake
• Snowflake – design, optimization, and performance tuning
• MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and general SQL performance tuning
• Kafka and event-driven architectures
• Python, Shell/Bash, Java, and scripting for orchestration and ETL

What You’ll Do

• Design systems that support real-time processing, streaming ingestion, and high-throughput batch jobs
• Drive legacy-to-modern data transformations, working across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud-native environments
• Serve as a technical leader and strategic advisor, helping clients align data architecture with business goals
• Ensure the integrity, usability, and performance of all data systems, now and into the future

This is a highly specialized role, designed for someone who knows what it takes to support large enterprise businesses with big data needs and high expectations.
