Lindab is undergoing an exciting transformation journey as part of our ERP program, and we are looking for an experienced ERP Vendor Coordinator to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in the roll-out of Dynamics 365 F&O and manage our critical vendor relationships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and third-party vendors, optimizing performance, ensuring compliance, and resolving issues swiftly to maintain seamless operations.

You will also provide valuable insights through detailed reporting and work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with Lindab's strategic objectives.

• Vendor Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong partnerships with third-party vendors to ensure continuous support and high-quality service for our D365FO solutions.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and assess vendor performance, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.

• Issue Management: Act as the main point of contact for resolving vendor-related issues, coordinating swift resolutions to minimize any impact on operations.

• Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all vendor activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, particularly in data security and privacy.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement, legal, and IT, to align vendor management efforts with overall business goals and objectives.

• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and deliver detailed reports on vendor performance, contract status, and risk assessments to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.Whatwe are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in vendor management, preferably within an ERP or technology environment. Experience in managing relationships with third-party vendors and ensuring service delivery is essential.

• Proven experience in monitoring vendor performance and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), with the ability to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize vendor performance.

• Experience in issue management, acting as the primary point of contact for resolving vendor-related challenges, and demonstrating a strong ability to address problems efficiently and minimize operational disruptions.

• Strong background in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including procurement, legal, and IT, to align vendor management strategies with organizational objectives and business needs.

• Experience in reporting and analysis, with the ability to prepare and present comprehensive reports on vendor performance, contracts, and risk assessments to senior management, providing actionable insights for improvements.We believe that to excel in this role, you bring the following skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build and maintain effective, long-lasting relationships with external vendors.

• Attention to detail with a focus on tracking performance metrics and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

• Problem-solving mindset that allows you to address and resolve vendor-related issues promptly, minimizing any operational disruptions.

• Collaborative nature, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including procurement, legal, and IT, to ensure alignment on vendor management strategies.

• Analytical thinking, allowing you to assess vendor performance and deliver insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Fluent in English, both orally and in writing. Swedish is a plus.
