Position Green is in an exciting growth phase, and we’re looking for an Operational Excellence Project Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally, lead impactful improvement initiatives, and play a key part in driving efficiency and innovation.

As an Operational Excellence Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and process improvements across the organization. You’ll be part of our Operational Excellence team—a dynamic group of 9, dedicated to streamlining and facilitating processes and internal systems for all customer facing teams. This is a broad role with both project management and operational responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Lead and manage efficiency projects, including process implementation, system optimization, and organizational improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with departments such as Product, Sales, Customer Success, Advisory, and the Partner team to identify and implement enhancements in workflows.

• Identify, prioritize, and address key challenges by leveraging insights from employee and customer surveys, team interviews and other data sources.

• Continuously ensure smooth information sharing from internal teams to external collaboration partners together with Partnership team.

We’re seeking someone who is driven, collaborative, and naturally skilled at problem-solving. You should be a confident project leader with strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across departments. You’ll need to manage multiple workstreams, navigate complex organizations, and drive change at various levels.

• A post-secondary degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering and Management, business, economics, or similar disciplines.

• 2+ years of experience in consulting or project management, ideally with a focus on process and system implementation.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• A foundational technical understanding is a plus, with the ability to connect systems, processes, and business needs.

• Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus.

We believe you’re based in Stockholm or Malmö and can work from the office at least three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely when it suits you.
