We are currently seeking a Product Engineer for an exciting consulting assignment with one of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that standard products remain up to date, function optimally, and consistently meet high-quality standards. You will serve as a vital link between production, procurement, and other departments, while also handling customer inquiries related to the products.

In this position, you will

– Ensure that standard products are continuously updated and optimized.

– Act as a central point of communication between production, procurement, and other stakeholders to guarantee smooth processes.

– Utilize CAD software, preferably SolidEdge, to create and update drawings and manage product data.

– Maintain and improve existing products to achieve superior quality and performance.

– Provide technical support and respond to customer inquiries.

– Plan and take full responsibility for meeting established goals and deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you should have

– Between 2 and 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer, Product Engineer, or in a similar role.

– A higher education degree in engineering, such as Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

– Proven experience working with CAD tools, with proficiency in SolidEdge being a plus.

– Experience with SAP is advantageous.

– Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.

– Fluency in both Swedish and English, in both written and spoken form.

This assignment is based in Landskrona and is scheduled for a minimum duration of one year, with the possibility of extension. The position is on-site, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with close collaboration across multiple departments.
