Job Description

As a Craft Lead, your mission is to play a central part in our development process, guiding and enhancing the quality and technical expertise of our teams. You will own systems, pipelines, and workflows, ensuring that quality and style are consistent with the director's vision. A crucial part of your role will be to act as a bridge between Directors and Production, ensuring that creative and technical leadership is aligned with planning.​

• Creating a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and technical excellence
• Ensuring the consistent quality of deliverables, continuing to develop your skills, and supporting the growth of those around you.
• Providing feedback on various aspects of the craft, from code reviews to art critiques.
• Support your team to reach their goals efficiently while maintaining high quality and sustainability in their work.
• Delegating responsibilities effectively, guiding junior team members and focusing on key implementations.​
• Working closely with leads from other disciplines to plan projects, assess risks, and ensure timely delivery, always maintaining high standards for your work and your team. ​

Qualifications

• Problem Solver: You excel at overcoming challenges, pushing the craft forward, and organizing effective workflows.​
• Feedback & Collaboration: You provide specific, actionable feedback and handle difficult conversations with ease as well as foster collaboration and act as a change agent when needed​
• Role Model: You set a high standard and expect the same from your team​
• Quality Assurance: You ensure high quality in day-to-day work.​
• Adaptable Leader: You are flexible and can prioritize and coordinate efforts in a live environment.​
• AAA Experience: You have significant experience in AAA game development and have ideally shipped at least one AAA title.​
