Product Manager – Finance Value Stream

About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and driven Product Manager to join our Finance Value Stream team, working closely with Finance Business representatives. In this role, you will be the visionary and problem-solver who bridges business goals with user needs. You will define strategies, facilitate decision-making, and drive impactful outcomes, ensuring the development and success of key financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define a clear vision for the product’s future, developing a Strategic Roadmap with milestones, feature releases, and enhancements.
• Assess competing demands to balance short-term priorities with long-term goals, collaborating across Value Streams to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Oversee the intake process, validate new needs, and focus on understanding user requirements and business value.
• Drive the definition of business cases for new initiatives and track success after delivery.
• Initiate discovery phases and contribute to analysis and design as needed.
• Map out dependencies, integrations, and cross-functional teams to create a cohesive Product Landscape in cooperation with the Solution Architect and Delivery Manager.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the product, accounting for market volatility, technological shifts, and competitive threats.

• Have a proven ability to craft and execute strategic roadmaps.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of product ecosystems, dependencies, and integration in a cross-functional environment.
• Possess excellent communication and facilitation skills to foster collaboration and decision-making.
• Be passionate about delivering business value and creating exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a Finance-related domain.
• Strong understanding of business value-driven product development.
• Experience collaborating with Solution Architects and Delivery Managers.
• Skilled at creating business cases and tracking post-delivery success metrics.
• Familiarity with risk management and strategic planning in dynamic markets.
