We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our AI team as we shape the future of Securitas. By joining the AI team, you will contribute to the development of AI/ML solutions that will be used to improve Securitas’ business, how we operate and how we’re organized.

In this role, you will design, implement, and deploy advanced AI solutions to tackle complex business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams – primarily Data Scientists and AI Leads – to design, implement, and deliver high-impact AI solutions that drive business growth and innovation. Your expertise in MLOps, machine learning techniques and software engineering principles will be crucial in translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Experience and skills

· AI and MLOps Expertise: Proven experience in developing and deploying end-to-end AI solutions incorporating machine learning algorithms and generative AI models, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

· Technical Leadership and Collaboration: Leading the design and maintenance of AI systems with technologies like ML, Large Language Models (LLM), AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide mentorship to junior team members.

· Data and Infrastructure Management: Developing robust data pipelines and infrastructure for data ingestion, processing, and model deployment. Implementing best practices for model training, validation, testing, and monitoring to ensure production accuracy and reliability.

· Communication and Problem-Solving: Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

· Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

· Professional Experience: 5+ years in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in production environments, with experience in Microsoft Azure and Databricks (or similar) for resource management and cost optimization.

· Development and DevOps Practices: Familiarity with Agile development, DevOps practices, and CI/CD best practices. Strong software engineering skills for building scalable and maintainable codebases.

· Troubleshooting and Communication: Ability to troubleshoot production issues with minimal disruption. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
