As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a crucial role in everything from order management to trend analysis and forecasting.You’ll work closely with commercial, production, and finance teams to align processes, optimize inventory, and contribute to strategic initiatives.With yourERP-systems experience, you’ll leverage tools like Power BI, SAPand AI to analyze trends and support decision-making.You’ll work alongside a talented team of six and report directly to our Supply ChainManager.

• Handle order placement and delivery monitoring to secure stock levels.
• Responsible for monthly sales and demand forecasts.
• Track inventory levels, transfer internal stock between sites, and maintain optimal stock availability.
• Analyze sales data and market trends.
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports to the finance team.
• Work closely with production teams to maintain supply chain efficiency and alignment.
• Lead development projects to optimize supply chain processes.
• Responsible for maintaining the SAP system with updated information.

We are looking for someone who is analytical,self-driven, and curious, quick toembrace new ways of working.You have a proactive mindset, excellent communication skillsand collaborate effectively both internally and externally. Your positive attitude sets you apart, ensuring that you approach every task with enthusiasm and determination.

• Purchasing and supply chain experience.
• A university degree, or equivalentin arelated field.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Spanish and German areconsidered a plus.
• Strong skills in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Excellent Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
• A holistic understanding and curiosity about the entire supply chain process.
