For our Training & Development department in Scandinavia, we are now looking for a:

TRAINER (M/F/D)

YOUR JOB:

• Implementation and further development of management and sales trainings for store managers
• Conception and development of new, practice-oriented training modules as well as creation and adjustment of training materials
• Didactic, target group-orientated implementation of learning content in words and images
• Self-responsible seminar-organization
• Cooperation to a sustainable training and educational controlling
• Supporting the operational units in the creation of training programs and workshops
• Collaboration in the creation of a sustainable leadership development program as well as in projects within the entire HR area

YOUR PROFILE:

• Commercial training with function-related training or academic education
• Pronounced rhetorical and didactic skills and conceptual strength
• Convincing moderation and presentation skills
• Very good empathy and high level of creativity
• Self-employed, structured and careful working method connected with one strong service orientation
• Very good user knowledge in MS Office
• Teamwork, flexibility and hands-on mentality
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Good knowledge of German and/or English are desirable

OUR OFFER:

The position is based in Malmö, Sweden and the start date is as soon as possible. The working hours are 40 hours per week (fulltime) and the position is permanent.
